Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges – Rebanto Tools
At Rebanto Tools, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy to understand how we handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Raise a Return or Replacement Request
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
Submit your request with your order details and contact number through our website or email.
For damaged or missing items, please report within 2 days of delivery.
2. Review of Request
Our team will verify your request within 2 working days.
3. Product Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Self-shipping is not required unless specially instructed.
4. Product Receipt & Final Action
After the product reaches us, it undergoes quality inspection.
Based on the result, we will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (if the product is not in stock)
Replacement & Exchange Process
- Pickup will be scheduled after approval.
- Once the product passes quality check, your replacement will be initiated.
If the product is not available, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An exchange for a similar product (if you choose)
Exchange Delivery Timeline (TAT Updated: 3–5 Days)
- Replacement dispatch time: 2–3 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days depending on your location
Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:
- Product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing
- Request is raised after 7 days
- Damage or missing item is reported after 2 days
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refund Timelines (TAT Updated: 3–5 Days)
- Canceled Orders: Refund processed within 3–5 days
- Returned Orders: Refund issued within 3–5 days after quality check is complete
